about me

Hiya! I’m a Scottish Graphic Designer, I have worked as in house house graphic designer for 9 years, working on a huge variety of design projects. My love of graphics and my hometown of Sanquhar has led me to combine the two and my product range now encompasses a large variety on items from mugs to prints. Over the years I have also started a range of clothing including slogan t-shirts which I design; CT Threads.

Sanquhar and the kniting pattern

Sanquhar my hometown is a small town in Dumfries & Galloway and many, many years ago a range of Sanquhar knitting patterns were developed. The origins date from the late 1700s.

The names of the patterns include, Rose, Cornet & Drum and Midge & Fly! The Duke pattern takes its name from the Dukes of Queensberry and Buccleuch who were great supporters of the craft in the last century.

The patterns and the products that utilise them are becoming more and more popular far and wide.
